"My wife loves ham and we had some leftover spiral-sliced ham, so I decided to make this for her lunch today. We have only 1 suggestion to make it a 5-star sandwich. If you are using the whole grain mustard called for in the recipe, cut WAY back on the amount because it overwhelms the flavor of the apples and cheese. I would go with honey mustar"
