Reviewed Chicken-and-Cheese Enchiladas

Delicious. Why do people substitute ingredients in a recipe and then give it a poor review? To Tobiannek in Chicago: let's see: you made your own chicken which set off smoke alarms. Embarrassed so you give the recipe a 3 star???""

OMG. This may be the best eggplant parmesan I have ever eaten. I also cannot stop eating it. The recipe makes a lot; a 10" x 15" pan would work better. It also freezes well, so lots of leftovers. Yum and thank-you Alex!"

Wonderful! To Marissa from somewhere back East: how could you possibly have too much crab? An oxymoron for a CRAB dip, honey. To jpanzarino from Old Bridge, NJ; intimate, not intsmite groups. Crimony people. Does anyone use spell check? Ditto for Edgewater, MD. Dining, not dinning. Please rate the recipe as it is written; NOT as how you hav"

Reviewed Macaroni and Cheese with Ham

May 13, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Good, but needed some spicing up. The gruyere and sharp cheddar cheese flavors seemed to cancel each other, leaving the dish rather bland. I added thyme, hot sauce, dehydrated onions, chives, and sea salt. Also more ham. Turned out great after I doctored it a bit."

I have not tried this yet. To the dude from Nebraska; did you make it or just assume it was bad? To the person(s)complaining about the squash: Hmmmm. You may not see squash in the typical "gringo" Mexican restaurants. However beans, squash and corn were staples in the pre-"Mexican" diet long before the Spanish showed up on the scene. Check out...
