Reviewed The Ultimate Barbecued Chicken

"My grill has a thermometer display, so I was able to cook the whole time on the grill. The first 10 minutes I cooked it on the lower part to get the grill marks then moved them to a higher rack for the remaining cook time. The grill did start to get hotter than 400, so I just turned off the burners on one side and managed to stay at 375. I did chicken breasts and they were pretty thick so adjusted the time and cooked them for 15 minutes more. Turned out very moist and perfectly cooked. "
