"This was so so easy and so freakishly good!!! I used bone in ribs and when they came out, the meat was tender and falling off the bone. I made a tiny bit of extra sauce on the stove top and when the ribs were finished separated the oil from the sauce and added to my stove top sauce- basted the ribs and put back in the oven for a few more minutes. "This was really really good! I used all the seasoning and a 2.5lb roast and it was perfect. I seasoned the roast and the remaining season I mixed with water and poured around the roast. Highly recommended!!!"
