My Activity

Reviewed Barbeque Meatloaf

" I like it. But, I chop up a stalk of celery into it and instead of bread crumbs, I always use broken up Wheaties. It greatly improves the flavor. Reviewed Cold-Fashioned Potato Salad

"As potato salads go, this one is as close to home as it gets. When ever a recipe like this calls for mayo, I always use half mayo and half Miracle Whip. The combination of the two is fantastic. Reviewed Mini Skillet Meatloaves

"I really liked this. Instead of using breadcrumbs, I crushed up some Wheaties and used it instead. I always use Wheaties, the flavor makes such a pleasant difference. I also doubled the sauce. I added 1 celery stock, minced and saut'ed it and the onion, which enriches their flavor so much. Very good!!!""

About Me

I am 66 years old. I am a loner, and for the majority of my life I have taught myself to do everything that I needed in my everyday world. Like they say, jack of all trades, but master of none. I am pretty good at cooking. But, I love great tasting food, and am quite picky and seeing that variety is the spice of life, I am constantly on the lookout for something new and,or, better. I have been watching the cookery on Food Network and it has become one of my favorites when I am searching for a new recipe.
