YOU should do the proofreading! This time perhaps, you should use your glasses! It says to use GROUND CHUCK Otherwise known as hamburger, Next she says to use the same amount of dark ground turkey, other known as the dark meat of the turkey: the leg, thy, wing and even the neck, which is the most flavorful of the turkey meat!!!

I also use Wheaties whenever it calls for bread, oatmeal, etc;. Wheaties adds so much better flavoring! I don't crush it neither, I just pour it right from the bag. This is a really great meatloaf! Another thing is that I don't add anything to the catsup, I just pour it over the meatloaf, Appx. 3/8 " thick or a bit less!!! I even love it the next...
