About Me
I love to bake for fun. I love the looks on a person's face when they taste something of mine and they love and then they send their fork back in for another fortifing forkful.
I have a passion for candy. I really want Adam Gertler's job, I want to own a candy store so why not go around the country eating at candy stores. One of my pet-peeves is when a person thinks they know everything and always disagree with you but they are never right.
My mom mostly inspires me to cook because she is such a great person and roll model. Also on Food Network shows they are always telling you anyone can cook and that makes me happy :)
Favorite Foods
My Favorite food to cook is anything. I love the way things sizzle in pans and steam rises above everything when it's ready.
The dish I am famous for are my chocolate chip cookies. I make them from scratch and under-done. Anybody who tries one always wants a second
My favorite restraunt has got to be the Rocky River Brewing Company. They have the best ribs known to man kind and the meat falls right off the bone. Also their mini-burgers are killer. It is very easy to over-do a small patty but those things are cooked to perfection. They over-flow with juices and it is so so so moist!
