Now that she's gone, I have discovered the fun of "eyeballing" and experimenting! I have an herb garden, and am double-digging my new veggie garden in our new backyard in San Diego. My New Year's Resolution was to try a new recipe at least once a month, concentrating on organic and seasonal.
