Reviewed Cajun Stuffed Peppers

"This was so good! I made it for brunch, with red bell peppers. I used Trader Joe's Harvest Grain Blend in place of the rice, and added extra couscous. I cooked them in 1 c. chicken broth, 1 c. white wine, and did not cook the bell peppers until adding them to the pan. Reviewed Tomato Mac and Cheese

"I wanted a really decadent mac and cheese for Valentine's Celebration, and this was it! About Me

My poor mother was the best tortilla maker in her family, but I refused to learn because she couldn't provide measurements! Now that she's gone, I have discovered the fun of "eyeballing" and experimenting! I have an herb garden, and am double-digging my new veggie garden in our new backyard in San Diego. My New Year's Resolution was to try a new recipe at least once a month, concentrating on organic and seasonal.
