"This was really yummy! I tend to taste my food throughout the cooking process so it made me really nervous initially as I slurped down bits and pieces of the unfinished product, but once everything was combined and completely cooked, it was amazing! It tasted even better the second day after it had time to marinate. I agree with everyone who mentioned the power of the LIME! I also added an extra can of tomatoes. Quick and easy.....

"This recipe was simple and amazing! My coworkers loved it. It ended up looking more like a cake because I didn't cut them into individual squares. I would recommend cooking a little longer than the recipe requires. Overall, the flavor wasn't too sweet. I will definitely be making this again very soon!
