"A good dish.""

Reviewed Veggie Burgers with Mushrooms

"I like veggie burgers. There is so much you can do with them. So many ways and way enough time to do them all. I use all sorts of buns with the burgers. Muffins help cut down on portion size. Watch the salt, no and I mean no adders like catsup, mustard or mayo. Too much flavor in these veggies burgers to ruin them with adders. ""

Reviewed Buttermilk Baked Chicken

"Basic buttermilk fried chicken which most people will prefer if they ever taste it. I fry mine along with sliced onions and a rough mashed garlic bulb. Adds unique flavor. Just my own take on this King of Comfort Food. Experiment with your own tastes.""

Reviewed Chicken Nuggets with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

"Good basic start but always use your own touch and favorite flavors. Mix it up. If you're not experimenting with this recipe then you may as well just make cafeteria food.""

Reviewed Chicken and Black Bean Enchiladas with Gooey Jack Cheese

"I mash the black beans and spread them on the corn tortilla and I use shredded chicken instead of cubed. Always use fresh ingredients when cooking tex mex. Fresh adds so much more flavor and texture. Watch the fluids, too much makes it a stew. Use different types of cheese to get that preferred taste and always watch the amount, less is more.""

Reviewed Mexican Chicken

"Fair. Very common recipe with nothing new. I personally would decrease the amount of cheese. Two cups is a large amount. Use fresh veggies such as sliced toms, bell peppers or jalapenos (depends on your eaters). A very basic dish that can and should be lower fat and modified to your liking. A very quick and easy dish for football days.""

Reviewed Chicken Fingers With Curried Ketchup

"Typical chicken fingers with a different added spice, nothing new. Addition of the curry ketchup is what makes it good and not just a fair dish. Experiment a bit with the curry ketchup until you find your own favorite.""

Reviewed Thai Green Curry Chicken

"I'd give it two stars at best. That's all it is, fair. I've seen Guy do better than this. Disappointed.""
