Reviewed Stracotto (Pot Roast with Porcini Mushrooms

"ABSOLUTELY FOOLPROOF AND DELICIOUS !!! Passed it on to friends and family who all loved it too.
I did use a handblender at the end, then fried some chopped cremini mushrooms on the side which I added to the sauce at the very end, after I thickened it with some flour.
A KEEPER !"

Reviewed Moroccan Spiced Red Lentil Soup

"Delicious receipe...will make it again,do follow the suggestion from other comments and use chicken broth instead of water.
When lentils and potatoes were done,I kept about 2 cups to the side,and put the rest through a blender as it was very thick and chunky,then put the 2 cups plus the tomatoe and wheat berries in to leave it with some texture b"
