Reviewed Perfect Roast Chicken

My go to recipe for roast chicken. We leave out the fennel and add small gold/yellow potatoes. Also, for the person that said their chicken always comes out a little pink, I cook my chicken for about 90 min or just under and then flip the chicken over and cook for another 20-25 min. It's the only way I can guarantee that my chicken won't come out "

Reviewed Salisbury Steak With Mushrooms

I'd never had salisbury steak before. The sauce was very bland. Added more Worcestershire and some vegetable broth. Hubby said it was fine as that's how salisbury steak is (bland) but he said that AFTER I added the broth and sauce. Before that it tasted like slightly flavored water.
