Reviewed Oven-Fried Ranch Chicken
"I made this last night for my husband, who is a notoriously picky eater, and he loved it! I substituted dried thyme for the fresh since I didn't have any on-hand. The legs & wings needed 50 minutes in a 375 convection oven; the breasts took a little longer (1 hour.) Crispy and very flavorful! I will definitely make this again."
