I have only made this recipe once, and I have to say that it is a pretty awesome one! The cookie itself is really easy to make. The only thing I will do next time is to increase the butter a bit. I found the cookie part to be a tiny bit dry. The filling is so yummy and creamy and has so much great flavor. I will make this recipe again. It would a...

I doubled the recipe, the first half I baked as the recipe says. For the second half, I placed a hershey kiss hug (the white chocolate/milk chocolate ones) on each cookie right after I took them...

This is a great recipe. I have used it a number of different times with different flavorings. Everyone always loves these wonderful cookies. One suggestion I have is to rap the pan gentle on the counter a few times. This allows the batter to even out and really get into the shape of the cookie!
