Reviewed Uncle Al's Sausage and Peppers Casserole

"Oh my goodness! This recipe was beyond delicious. It's not only tasty but with all the colors of the peppers and tomatoes, it was appealing to the eye as well. I will definitely be making this one again and again. Even my 4-year-old son liked it. I thought I would have to bribe him a little just to get him to taste it, but nope. He said "this looks yummy." I also used Mild Italian sausage and Sweet Italian sausage as other reviews had suggested, and I used Italian diced tomatoes and added an extra can because I wanted mine a little juicier. I will be making Texas Toast for the side to soak up all the delicious juices. Yumm yumm.
