Reviewed Tomato-Basil Bread Pudding

i made this for myself (vegetarian) and my super carnivorous Godmother and we both could not stop ourselves. I used egg beaters instead of eggs and skim milk instead of whole and it was divine and practically fat free. It reheated like a dream! Merci, Giada. Je t'aime!
