Really, really addictive. The sweet/salty combination is perfect. 400 degrees is too hot, though. I nearly burned the first batch. For the second batch I roasted the bacon at 375 for 25 minutes, sprinkled on the sugar mixture, then roasted for 15 minutes more. "
