"I only made the pastry cream in this recipe and it turned out wonderful! So easy too! I used it to fill some cupcakes. I omitted the vanilla bean and used a tsp of vanilla bean paste :)"
"A moist not overly sweet cake. Easy to mix up in one bowl. I baked this into cupcakes (convection oven temp 350 for 15 minutes) Substituted mini semi sweet chocolate chips for the chopped chocolate. My husband, a big chocolate chip cookie fan, loved these cupcakes. I did not make the marshmallow frosting instead dipped them into ganache~yummm."
