Reviewed The Ultimate Cheesecake
"I agree with others that I did have to add to the bake time - almost double but the trial and error of figuring out what worked for my oven was well worth the effort. This is the BEST cheesecake I've ever had, the flavor and texture are superb! I am not a fan of blueberries so I didn't do the topping - I've made it with a cherry topping and also with a apple-caramel topping and it was a hit both times.
