Y'all the riper the berries the less pectin in them. That might be why you're having setting up issues. Sounded like some berries were past prime so either add a bit more lemon juice or a few less ripe berries.

I just ate the mongolian beef at PF Chang';s and I asked the server what type of beef they used. She told me it was flank steak that they marinated and that is what made it so tender. It is very yummy and I would love to be able to make it at home."

I just watched this segment again--he used what looked like 2 serving spoons of pesto, maybe 1 to 1 1/2 tbls. Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and lemon juice..

Use the remaining cooked icing on red velvet cake. YUM!!! Much lighter than the cream cheese icing most people use. The one I have has granulated sugar also and was actually the original recipe for icing on the Waldorf Astoria recipe for red velvet cake.
