Reviewed Southern Cornbread Stuffing
"Kimberwa30- I would say 2-3 boxes, depending how much bread or crackers you use. I personally don't use crackers. Another great idea is to make enough to freeze for Christmas, just don't add the eggs till you are ready to bake. Delicious! This combined with a brined turkey, YUM! Looking forward to trying Alton's recipe
BTW- I use a mixture of Jiffy & non-sweet cornbread. Turns out really good.
