LOVED this meatloaf so much I made it twice in one week (for different parties. The first time I made it, it did fall apart, so I added an additional egg to the recipe the next time. Two to three eggs is the key to hold it together, however, I always serve meatloaf with mashed potatoes with plenty of butter and sour cream and the falling apart ...
