"Just made this today for Christmas dinner.....amazing. Made it almost exactly as recipe calls for but made individual pies in ramikens. Turned out excellent. I used 3 live Maine lobsters at about 1 and 1/4 pound each and felt that it was plenty of meat. I did omit pearl onions per others' suggestion but otherwise was the same. Time consuming but ""
