"This is a great recipe It was so very easy to make and they definitely were the hit of the day. The filling did make a lot but it keeps well in fridge.The recipe actually made 14 cookies and they were all very nice size. I did nor use parchment paper instead I used my cooking stones next time I will definitely use parchment paper. All in all this ""
