Reviewed Low-Fat Chocolate Pudding

Jan 13, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

I needed something for my two teenage boys to eat after getting their wisdom teeth pulled. This fit the bill and satisfied their sweet tooth. My daughter loved them too, and especially enjoyed the white chocolate topping, which I was a bit reluctant about. I will be making it again.

Just what the doctor ordered tonight!!! Perfect for a fall evening meal. I have three kiddos who don't like mushrooms so I put them in the food processor and then sauteed them. It worked great and no one knew they were there. We will definitely make this again!!"

This is a super easy soup, with all of the ingredients in my kitchen most of the time. The orange-basil flavor was awesome together, and the marinading process made the chicken very tender and moist. I also used chicken tenders for my kids to portion size a little bit.

Reviewed Vegetable Shepherd's Pie

I made this for a St. Patty's Day party last weekend, and it was a big hit. I will definitely make it again for my family. I used veggie burgers instead of protein crumbles. I doubled the recipe for our party, but I think next time, I would even put in more veggies with only a double recipe of the potato crust. "

I make these every year as part of my Christmas cookie box, and every year I have to make more because my husband and kids eat them up. They are so easy, and so tasty. Sometimes I feel like making plain macaroons, but when I top with chocolate, I skip the shortening and use less chocolate chips. I also use fat free sweetened condensed milk and it...
