"This soup is fantastic; in fact, we will be having leftovers tonight. I did make a few changes in that: 1: Used 2 CostCo roasted chickens (breast only) added 1 can diced green ortega chilis; used La Victoria Salsa Verde; used S&W Southwestern FROZEN corn mix that has bell peppers, corn and black beans; green onions along with the regular onion. "

"Yukk! We ended up throwing this away. The crust smelled good coming out of the oven, but tasted horrible and tasted like butter. If I try again, I will make a shortbread cookie dough, that has sugar in it. The whipped cream needed more sugar and was bland. I used the canned pineapple and it tasted better once you ate the crust/creame layers, "
