sushi, nigiri, sashimi, crab legs, raw oysters, homemade pasta( lots of yolks in the dough) good crusty bread with body, big scallops, thai green curry sauces, babba ganoush, many green salads, figs, dark chocolate, pork tacos on the side streets in Mexico, lamb chops, chicken livers, the muffaletta!
