"I made this for my family for Sunday brunch. I cut the bacon into one inch pieces before baking. I also added 2 Tbl of sour cream, dash of tabasco and 1 Tbl chives to the egg and topped with equal amounts cheddar, gouda and swiss cheeses. This turned out yummy!"
