This is a good recipe. I added bean sprouts, and peas. For additional flavor, I mixed in extra sesame oil to the rice at the end. The sesame oil is what gives the rice that special taste, and just putting it on the pre-cooked chicken wasn't enough. My family actually craves this dish! ""

I thought these were just "ok". Less soy sauce would have been better as the flavor of it was too intense. Not sure I cared for the taste of the red thai chili paste.
