Reviewed Chipotle Smashed Sweet Potatoes
"These were delicious! I don't like the traditional preparation of sweet potatoes with tons of marshmallows and sugar. The chipotle peppers really balance the sweetness of the potatoes but they are very hot. If you're timid about the heat just use some of the sauce instead of the whole pepper. This is how sweet potatoes should be prepared!
