I have made this with short ribs cut both ways and each turns out great. Reviewed Beatty's Chocolate Cake

"Excellent! So moist, chocolate-y, frosting was not too chalky or heavy. My whole family loved it.
I used a tbsp. of the fresh brewed coffee in place of the instant and it came out great. Put the icing in the fridge while the cake (in my case cupcakes are cooling and it will be thick enough to pile a good amount on top of the cupcakes!
