These were fantastic! I have never made short ribs before and made this for my monthly dinner club, so delicious! Followed the recipe, doubled everything, skipped the salt, and cooked it about 3 hours, the meat was so tender, falling off the bone. I served it over mashed sweet potatos and everyone loved it. Highly recommend it, worth the prep...
