On the show I watched she used 2 Silpats and not parchment paper which certainly makes more sense than using parchment paper as one reviewer did have trouble with sticking. I am looking forward to trying this recipe. I agree with another reviewer that this gal needs to be in prime time. She is a great hostess with fresh ideas!"

"My husband commented "You just can';t get a dinner better than this dinner" and that is very high praise from him. He is a traditional home style connoisseur.
