"This is the easiest and tastiest chicken to serve for family or friends and I have served it several times with rave reviews. To the cook who roasted the chicken upside down; I recently read in a French Cookbook that turning the whole chicken every 25 minutes (90 minutes total cooking time) and then resting the chicken on it's head for 10 minutes will always produce a very juicy chicken. So, I think you are brilliant and I will try this technique today!"
