“Tasty, simple and delicious. Make this for a cocktail party serving 8 guests. Tried the recipe in advance. It worked beautifully. As a time saver I made the tarragon butter in adance and put it in a plastic bag so that I could quickly pipe it onto the 3 pounds of mussels I used. Quick, easy and loved by all my quests.
