Absolutely the best pork I have ever made! No matter what I do my pork ends up dry, not this one! It was so juicy, even the next day the left overs we amazing! I didnt have stone ground mustard, so I used a German mustard and some dark mustard seed. Plus I didnt do the over night marinade, just a few hours, it was AWESOME!!!!"

Yummy, fast and super easy. I used bacon since that was what I had on hand and my boys ate the entire 2lbs of pasta I made! There were no left overs. I didnt give this 5 stars only because This is overly rich. I made this a second time and added fresh lemon zest to cut some of the fattiness of the dish."

Literally one of the best pasta dishes I have ever eaten. I make this only once or twice a year because it is very decadent but soooo worth it! However I would not classify this as an easy recipe, it is very easy to take a misstep when the eggs yolks go in the pan. However done right, this is simply spectacular!!!!"

Fantastic!!! I made this twice in one week it was so yummy! I used Brandy the first time and it was awesome and cognac the second time and again amazing. I also used a mixture of black, white, green and pink peppercorns. My guests and children loved it! "
