"I have used this recipe at the firehall for years and it is great. Now the only thing I do different is when I wrap with the prosciutto I put a piece of motzerella cheese in with it. Sorry also I don't cook it first either. Just wrap it with the cheese in and bake for 10-15 min at 375. Although guys at the hall will eat anything, they say this is ""
