I was a little intimidated about making ribs but when I watched Jamie's technique I decided to give it a try. Very easy and delicious. I halved the recipe and used a little less vinegar - yum!!! Homemade pickles are so fresh tasting and delicious...

It looks yummy!!! I did notice in one clip Jeff said ricotta and sundried tomatoes and when he went to make it he used goat cheese. Goat cheese sounds like a better accompaniment."
