"I was a little intimidated about making ribs but when I watched Jamie's technique I decided to give it a try. Very easy and delicious. I halved the recipe and used a little less vinegar - yum!!! Mine were juicy but did not fall off the bone like others said. Should I have cooked them less/more in the oven? Shortened the time on the grill? I"
Reviewed Bucatini All'Amatriciana with Spicy Smoked Mozzarella Meatballs

Homemade pickles are so fresh tasting and delicious I don't think "
Reviewed Grilled Veggie Naan-wich with Sun-dried Tomato and Goat Cheese Spread
"It looks yummy!!! I did notice in one clip Jeff said ricotta and sundried tomatoes and when he went to make it he used goat cheese. Goat cheese sounds like a better accompaniment."
