"I was a little intimidated about making ribs but when I watched Jamie's technique I decided to give it a try. Very easy and delicious. I halved the recipe and used a little less vinegar - yum!!! Mine were juicy but did not fall off the bone like others said. Should I have cooked them less/more in the oven? Shortened the time on the grill? I"
"I thought the whole dish was very flavorful. Meatballs were a little to salty though. I also had runny cheese oozing out...I was fearful to not over work the meat and I guess I left some holes. I also felt the recipe really need a 28 oz can of tomatoes to accommodate the 16 meatballs. All in all very good and i will try it again."

Well I tried a second time and used warm water (all other recipies suggested 100 deg to 110 deg). And it turned out delicious!! All the flavors -which can be strong on their own- mellowed out and blended nicely together. Very time consuming though!!

"Can't wait to try the whole recipe...I did however, try the pickles. The flavor was very good but to much vinegar for me and not sweet enough. Brought it down to one cup vinegar and raised sugar to 2/3 cup. I guess I'm a wimp!!! I will be making them again using these changes.
