Reviewed Egg-in-a-Hole

"This is an outstanding show! This recipe is very easy and delicious. My mother use to make this for us all the time, it brings back fond memories. Thank you for that. I wish Food Network would put more of her recipes up, i.e., the pasta, the steak sandwich (even though very few ingredients, I didn't get them all). Again, excellent show and re""

Reviewed Apple Raisin Muffins

"Very good and flavor is great. I used Splenda and also added about 1/4 cup of natural apple sauce to give it a moist texture. They would very moist. I did not add raisins because we don't like them. Good with coffee. I am going to freeze most of them and take them out as I needed them like Paula said. For the person who was questioning that "

Reviewed Homemade Mini Corn Dogs

"I am not really sure why they used cornstarch. I know I use it to make things crispier when deep frying. If you look at oriental recipes for sweet and sour pork, etc., they use cornstarch. It makes the product crispier and stays that way after adding the sauce. Not like flour after it gets soggy. It is also gluten free.

I am a huge fan of corn dogs. Never could get a good recipe until now. Really like this one.

Reviewed Soy Glazed Green Beans

"Great recipe. I have been looking for this recipe for some time now. I get these in Asian restaurants and love them. This is so simple, I will make them at home more often.

I really enjoyed this segment of Guy's Big Bite. I hope Foodnetwork does more of these shows with the chefs cooking with celebrates. It shows them relaxed and enjoy themselves. A nice change from the other food shows.

Reviewed Pumpkin Cheesecake

"Want something different from the original cheesecake. This is excellent. Great for the upcoming holidays. Turns out great.

The recipe calls for a stick of melted butter. There are 4 sticks to a 1 # package of butter. You would use only 1 stick.

Reviewed Fried Onion Rings with Chili Sauce

"Very good recipe and the sauce was great with the onion rings. My husband enjoyed also. He even liked them better then the thick kind.

Reviewed Neely's Meatball Sliders

"This was a good dish. I add seasoned tomatoes to give it more flavor.

For the person who didn't know what Percorino is, it is a hard Italian cheeses made from ewe's milk--might find it as Percorino Romano Cheese--Publix's usually carries it in my town. If you can't find it use equal amounts of Parmesan, Asiago or Spanish Manchego.

Thank you to everyone who critique this recipe as that helps me when I want to make it. This is not a sounding board. If you don't try the reason, don't rate it.
