Reviewed cheesy broccoli, chicken and rice casserole

Pretty terrible. The rice was not cooked and more liquid and additional cooking time were necessary. Flavor wasn't great either. This recipe was a lot of work and turnout not very good. I would definitely not make this again.

Didn't have great luck with this recipe. Flavor wasn't great and really did not like the noodles! Concept wasn't bad but finished product wasn't great.

Reviewed easy grilled pork chops

Jun 15, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

I followed the recipe exactly but added garlic powder because I add garlic to everything. These were delicious and easy! Next time I'd increase the salt. Also I read a comment that said someone substituted maple syrup and I think that would work very well. I will definitely make these again. Very juicy!

Reviewed stuffed baby bell peppers

A ton of work, flavor not great, and way too greasy made with pork. These would have been better made with ground turkey, or maybe a ground turkey/brown rice mixture. Will not make again.

Reviewed buttermilk baked chicken

Really good flavor. Next time I would not bother baking it on a rack as the bottom of it did not get crispy anyway and racks are a pain to clean. The only things I did differently were that halfway through baking, I sprayed a little olive oil on the chicken because the coating looked a little dry. Also, I took the onion slices from the marinade, tossed...

Another home run from Jamie Deen! Made this tonight and it was incredible. While the meat was grilling I turned the marinade into a dipping sauce by boiling it (rolling boil) for 5 mins. Loved this recipe. It was easy and tasty and didn't require oddball ingredients. I've had great luck with his recipes.

This was really incredible! As good as restaurant quality! Next time I would cut down on the lemon- it had just a titch too much lemon for my taste. I also think next time I'd serve it over angel hair or linguini. I doubled the amount of dry breadcrumbs called for. I can't wait to make this again!

Excellent. I did not add the celery, carrots and tomato topping or make the homemade ranch. This had quite a bit of heat so those who don't like spicy things should cut down on the wing sauce.

Reviewed Oven Baked Pepper Bacon

Jan 10, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

I can't believe how great this recipe was. I did not overlap the bacon. I lined the pans with foil to make clean up easier. And I think my bacon cooked faster than 25 mins. This was so much easier than frying the bacon and the bacon comes out so evenly cooked. I am blown away by this recipe/method!

Reviewed Yorkshire Pudding

Dec 26, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

This was interesting. Since I've never had Yorkshire Pudding before I don't know if mine came out like it should have. It was a bit bland but that doesn't surprise me since Yorkshire Pudding is English food. It tasted like a cross between an omelette and a homemade noodle. I think next time I would add a bit more salt. This wasn't bad and I am glad...

This might just be the best thing I have ever cooked. I used fresh parsley, rosemary and thyme, olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper in the herb rub and didn't measure anything. I brushed the roast with Worcestershire before I did the herb rub. Pulled out of oven when it hit 120 and let rest for 20 minutes covered in foil. I remember seeing this...

Totally incredible. The best homemade pancakes I've ever had!!!! We added chocolate chips to some of the pancakes, and cranberries and walnuts to some others. They were delicious plain as well! I love Alton Brown recipes, they are always fantastic. "

Did not like at all. Loaded with preservatives thanks to the packets of taco seasoning and ranch dressing. Tastes very processed. Just awful. I am surprised at how many positive reviews there are on here, but probably most americans have grown to like the taste of processed ingredients. Paula has some great recipes, but this one is a real dud. I w"

Thought this was okay. It was a ton of work, and no one really loved it. It was a dish that I will eat the leftovers of this time, but I don't think I'll make this again. Didn't really care for the parmesan in it. However, if you absolutely love green bean casserole, you would probably like this. I agree with the other review that said to allow a "

I had really bad luck with this recipe. I found the dough to be very difficult to work with and I had to add more flour than called for otherwise the dough was soupy. Even with adding the flour it was still very difficult to roll out. I like Tony Danza's pizza dough recipe much better. "
