Reviewed scalloped potatoes and ham

Apr 19, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Followed the directions and sliced the potatoes very thin, actually thinner than 1/8 of an inch. 40 mins in- raw potatoes! 1 hour and 40 mins later they were still raw in the middle. The sauce was good but was runny at 1 hour 10 mins (the recipe cook time) After cooking it at 400 for additional time the sauce thickened but potatoes still raw in...

Followed directions. Pasta did not cook all the way. The milk disappeared during the microwaving so I added more to aid the cooking process. It had a taste of plastic saran wrap. My only idea is to cook at a lower temp. or crockpot. The recipe looked good on TV and paper but my result was not so good. "

One word...RAW! I have noticed that before with some of her recipes. She doesn't cook the chicken long enough. I can't tell you how it would taste since the birds now rest in the trash along with the recipe.
