My Activity

Reviewed Chocolate Pots De Creme with Cherry Whip

"This is a fabulous dessert. The combo of the chocolate with the cherry whip is great. And because it's pretty rich, the single ramekin is plenty. It's one of my favs.

Reviewed Buttermilk Cheddar Biscuits

"These biscuits are not only so easy, but they are AMAZING. They are soft, cheesy, and buttery on the inside and it takes no time to make them. Biscuits are a BIG deal in my husband's family (being from the south and all...) and they take their biscuits seriously. I have made them many times and they are always a hit. They're good with butter or fig jam for breakfast or with dinner. Whoever says they are not good is completely delirious.

Reviewed Baby Carrots with Sweet Ginger Butter

"I have made these carrots for holiday meals and they are such a treat! I didn't have baby carrots either so I used regular ones and peeled/cut them. Guests love em'.

Reviewed Green Tomato and Vidalia Onion Gratin

"This was such a great recipe. It took me a little longer to make than I had planned for, but it was definitely worth it. The bacon gave it an amazing flavor and the onions were so carmelized and sweet... yum! This dish was a big hit!
