I did a little different take on this recipe and omitted the crust then divided the yummy filling into 6 ramkins. Popped them into the freezer for a bit then decorated them with the whip cream and some candied lime peel and put them back into the freezer for at least 12 hours.

My husband is a fan of fish tacos but i didn't understand the appeal? That was until i made this recipe. These are fantastic. My husband loves them & so do i - especially the chipotle cream. We added guacomole and grilled spicy corn on the cob with fresh lime juice. The spicy, creamy, tangy tastes are great. This recipe made me a fish taco fan."

this cheesecake is the most decadent, delicious overdose of chocolate a chocolate lover could ever want or dream of. i had to cut very small pieces because it was so dense and indulgent. i loved it and so did everyone who ate it. next time i am going to try adding some sour cream for a little tang - but otherwise - it is fantastic!"

These were delicious. When I combined the ingredients the result was a - too loose salmon cake - so I breaded the cakes with more panko crumbs and they came out tighter. I also served them with some tarter sauce. I will definately make these again - very yummmy!"

Omg! These are fantastic. So light yet packed with delicious chocolate flavors. i have a nut allergy so i used creme de casis -instead of hazelnut liquor - yum. These cookies are fantastic. A delicious fudgy decadent treat. I added sweet cherries ( squeezed out excess juice ) and cracked pepper for a little kick at the end. I also used espresso powder because the cherries and cracked pepper gave enough texture. Used a cookie dough scooper for a smaller cookie so the recipe yielded 25 cookies. Everyone lo"
