I thought this was good, but then my husband absolutely raved about it! Pleasantly surprised! The only switch I made was instead of green onions, I sauteed some sliced onions in butter.

Loved how fast this was! My hubby doesn't care for peas, so I subbed in green beans. Plus, we are trying to eat more beans so I added great northern and some black.also added a few onions. Definitely good! Oh and I left out thyme since I used bear bacon and wanted that flavor to stand out. The thyme probably would be good!

I loooooove this recipe and make it all the time. It can be doubled pretty easily. Today I threw in some flaxseed, and they flew under the radar as a nice way to get some extra healthiness in there.
