"This is the absolute best pineapple upside down cake I have ever had. I have made it around 10 times -- I use canned pineapple instead of fresh -- just easier and I use the juice in place of the water in the butter/brown sugar part. Have had many raves and requests for this cake from family and friends. Love, love, love it!!!"
