I took the leftover juice and moistened each of the layers as I put the cake together to give the layers extra moisture. Worked great. Family and friends really raved over it.""

"terric01 - yes. Anytime you bake and the recipe calls for cocoa, it is unsweetened powder cocoa. Hope this helps.

"Cannoli didn't turn out well at all. I agree with some of the other postings that there doesn't seem to be enough liquid. Because the shells turned out so bad, I didn't even try the filling.
