I didn't have a papaya so I grilled some bananas and pineapple rings instead. I thought that the acidity of the pineapple would be the same as a papaya. Not a good idea. Also, the bananas gave off too much sugars when they grilled. I wouldn't make this recipe again.

I could only give this recipe two stars because I like my steak well done and I hate chocolate. That being said, the recipe said easy and after I drank that quarter cup of whiskey, I sure was.
