Great recipe. I followed all instructions, ingredients and weights as directed, it turned out GREAT. I used a tube pan in lieu of loaf pans and at 350 degrees it took over an hour to bake, more like 70 to 75 minutes.""

The frosting recipe is absolutely horrible. It tastes like I am frosting the cake with a BOX of butter, which is almost what just the frosting has in it! The cake turned out ok but find another frosting recipe. ""

Reviewed Penne with Braised Short Ribs

I am very dissapointed in the amount of meat that you get once you discard the bones and fat! In the show Giada states beef short ribs are a economic cut of beet with lots of flavor. I am not sure how much everyone else's price per pound is but I spend $4.58 a pound. I only purchased 2 1/2 pounds since I am was only feeding three people for this meal....
