Reviewed Stracotto (Pot Roast with Porcini Mushrooms
"Outstanding the kids loved it, i used the leftover sause and meat into beef and noodles dish the next day. I like dishes like this where the leftovers can be turned into somthing else for the next day. I made this dish on dec 5.
So easy even a guy like me can make it.
