Reviewed Zesty Grilled Tilapia
"Well, to start, I am a coconut lover and my husband is SO NOT! I thought I'd ease him into the flavor of coconut and made this dish thinking he'd probably not like it, but thought it was worth a try. I didn't tell him what ingredients I put in it and he thought it was just fabulous. This recipe is all around GREAT! The fish is tasty and the rice is wonderfully flavored without being overkill. I'd say to cook the rice a tad longer than suggested, but YUM! Love this recipe!"
