I give it a five stars only because I know this must be wonderful. For those that take exception to the fact the ingredients are store bought, think a bit outside the box. You can make your own pastry cream and glaze...flavors/combinations are endless! The croissant dough is very difficult and time consuming to make so, if I could FIND frozen croissant...

Loved it! Nice twist on a couscous recipe, made it for friends for an eclectic dinner party and they were going back for thirds. I added orange zest while it was still warm which really added fragrance and flavor and also added a bit of cinnamon and cloves while still on the heat...could have added a bit more. Yummy and easy! Doesn't take a lot of attention while you are making other things for your meal. I always cook this for St. Patty's Day dinner and it is a big hit with the family, not too sweet or cloying, just enough to make it everyone's favorite!"
