"I eat spinach, but it has never been my favorite. I made this just to change up the usual side dishes. I’m so happy I did. It was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t get enough. My boyfriend asked me to make it again for Thanksgiving it was so good!! I love Cajun food, so I really liked that it was a bit spicy. If you don’t like food too spicy, I would suggest using half the suggested pepper flakes, otherwise it is PERFECT as is!!
